Hiya mate. Go for the Desert Gator. I've got one, and it's one of the best, toughest 2WD buggies I've ever owned. Get the DF-02 aluminium shocks from Jun, Ball Diff if you want, and the bits you wanna put in it, and you've got yourself one "Go Hard buggy"

If I didn't like mine soooo much, I'd sell it to ya.

Just one main thing to watch with the DT-02, is the long screws the hold the front and rear lower arms onto the chassis. Lock-Tite them, as they work themselves loose after a while. Other than that, it's a wicked cheap buggy.

Hi Hoki! My Partner, Sister and I will come up to the CMR track this weekend... We will run a Fox, Frog and a Hornet, just thought I might put the word out that it might be cool if anyone else who has vintage 1/10th electrics to dust them off and go back to the 80's!!!

Hey Hoki, do any of the CMR members ever go up the track on Saturdays to tune / practice? Just curious as my partner works on Sundays and is frustrated she can't come up and race? Chances are we will join the club but wondered if there was any possibility of setting up the odd casual raceday through RC mate on a saturday... By casual I mean no Lap gear, a brief conversation regarding frequencies and then go to it... I'm more interested in the Off road track at this stage... cheers James
