Hi all, im looking at getting an electric buggy, has to be compedative, but cost effective, in 2wd, looking at a desert gator what do you reckon in terms of speed, and handling ?
i will be running a 3000 mah pack with a 19 turn orion motor to start

Hiya mate. Go for the Desert Gator. I've got one, and it's one of the best, toughest 2WD buggies I've ever owned. Get the DF-02 aluminium shocks from Jun, Ball Diff if you want, and the bits you wanna put in it, and you've got yourself one "Go Hard buggy"
DelIf I didn't like mine soooo much, I'd sell it to ya.
Just one main thing to watch with the DT-02, is the long screws the hold the front and rear lower arms onto the chassis. Lock-Tite them, as they work themselves loose after a while. Other than that, it's a wicked cheap buggy.
